 Yes — absolutely. We monitor your flight in real time and will always be there when you arrive.

• Commercial flights: We provide a complimentary 60 minutes of waiting time from the scheduled arrival.
   
• Private aviation arrivals: We provide a complimentary 30 minutes of waiting time from the scheduled arrival.
   

If additional waiting time is required beyond this complimentary period, it will be charged at the standard hourly rate for your selected vehicle class.

• Private flights: Your chauffeur will coordinate directly with the FBO (Fixed Base Operator) handling your arrival, ensuring they are positioned exactly where required. You’ll be guided smoothly from aircraft or terminal to your vehicle without any uncertainty.
   
• Commercial flights: Our meet-and-greet service is included as standard. Your chauffeur will be waiting in the arrivals hall holding a personalised name sign, ready to assist you immediately.
   
• Discreet arrivals: For complete privacy, we can arrange a custom alias on the name board upon request — ideal for high-profile, corporate, or confidential travel.
