Londinium Limo Ltd - Terms and Conditions

   1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions:

  • “Company” refers to Londinium Limo Ltd.
  • “Client” refers to the person or entity making the booking.
  • “Service” refers to any chauffeur-driven transportation service provided by the Company.
  • “Vehicle Class” refers to the category of vehicle booked (e.g. Saloon, Executive Saloon,      MPV, SUV, etc.).

Londinium Limo Ltd is authorised and regulated by Transport for London (TfL) and operates in full compliance with all applicable private hire and transport legislation.

The Company holds £5,000,000 public liability insurance, providing appropriate cover for all services delivered.

  

3. Bookings & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once acknowledged by the Company via written confirmation (including email or booking system confirmation).

The Client is responsible for ensuring all booking details are accurate at the time of confirmation, including but not limited to pickup times, locations, flight details, passenger numbers, luggage requirements, and any special requests.

  

4. Rates & Charges – General

All rates are fully inclusive, unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of booking.

Inclusive rates may include:

  • Chauffeur services
  • Vehicle use
  • Fuel
  • Standard congestion charges (where applicable, unless otherwise stated)

Any additional charges incurred due to Client-requested changes, extended waiting time, route diversions, additional stops, or services outside the agreed booking may be charged accordingly.

The Company is not currently VAT registered; therefore, VAT is not charged.

  

5. Payment Terms

Payment is normally required in advance of the service.

Where a credit agreement is in place, payment terms will be agreed in writing.

Late payments may incur interest and/or administrative charges, in line with applicable legislation and agreed credit terms.

  

6. Airport Transfers

6.1 Rates

Airport transfer rates are fully inclusive, unless otherwise stipulated at the time of booking.

6.2 Waiting Time

The following complimentary waiting times apply:

  • Commercial flight arrivals: 60 minutes
  • Private aviation arrivals: 30 minutes

Waiting time commences from the scheduled landing time (commercial flights) or scheduled arrival time (private aviation).

Any waiting time exceeding the complimentary allowance will be charged at the hourly rate applicable to the booked vehicle class, calculated pro rata.

6.3 Meet & Greet

A meet and greet service is provided as standard for airport transfers.

6.4 Surcharges

Airport transfer services are exempt from time-based surcharges, including late-night or early-morning surcharges.

6.5 Cancellations

Airport transfer bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 3 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.

Cancellations made within 3 hours of the scheduled service may be charged in full or in part at the Company’s discretion.

  

7. Hourly Hire Services

7.1 Rates

Hourly hire rates are fully inclusive, unless stated otherwise at the time of booking.

7.2 Minimum Hire Period

A 5-hour minimum service applies to all hourly hire bookings.
This minimum includes garage-to-garage time.

7.3 Garage-to-Garage

  • Inside London: An additional 1 hour garage-to-garage is added automatically.
  • Outside London: Garage-to-garage time is calculated on a case-by-case basis, depending on the service location.

7.4 Surcharges

A 25% surcharge applies to hourly hire services operating between 23:00 and 05:00.

7.5 Cancellations

Hourly hire bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time.

Cancellations made within 24 hours may be charged in full.

  

8. Child Seats

The Company can provide child seats upon request, subject to availability.

It is the responsibility of the parent, guardian, or responsible adult to ensure that:

  • The child is correctly secured in the seat at all times
  • The child seat is appropriate for the child’s age and size
  • The seat is correctly positioned and used in accordance with manufacturer guidance

The Company accepts no liability for misuse of child seats by the Client or accompanying adults.

  

9. Pets & Assistance Animals

Pets are permitted at the Company’s discretion.

The Client may be charged for additional cleaning costs resulting from pet transport.

Assistance animals are permitted at all times and are exempt from cleaning charges.

  

10. Client Conduct

Clients are expected to behave respectfully toward chauffeurs and vehicles.

The Company reserves the right to terminate a service without refund if passenger behaviour is deemed unsafe, illegal, abusive, or likely to cause damage.

The Client will be held financially responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or loss caused during the service.

  

11. Delays & Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform services caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Traffic conditions
  • Road closures
  • Accidents
  • Severe weather
  • Acts of God or public emergencies

Reasonable efforts will be made to minimise disruption where possible.

  

12. Liability

The Company’s liability is limited to the value of the service booked, except where liability cannot be lawfully limited.

Personal belongings are carried at the Client’s own risk. The Company accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to items left in vehicles.

  

13. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in force at the time of booking shall apply.

  

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
